Currently I am pursuing a career in the new age media, educating people about the benefits of a plant based raw food diet, natural weight loss, ultimate disease free health, renewable energy resources. I've graduated piano(classic) and songwriting initially before I embarked into my current pursuits.
My Story: Ive been passionate about healthy living since when I lost my mom for the cancer in 2004 and than my dad in 2007, both 41 years of age. I decided to do everything in my power to avoid the same destiny of being sick and dyeing young. I've tried many diets, my weight fluctuated, I knew there must be something, an answer, a way where poeple should not struggle with food and not gain weight eating, and that the normal apetite should be our guide. Being little I always questioned why we eat cooked food as it just seemed starnge to me and why we kill and eat cooked animals? that even looked stanger and scary. Ive never been a meat or dairy eater, but 2 years ago I stumbled upon Dan Mcdonalds the life regenerators videos about fruits and veggies. And it changed my life forever. I did not became a raw vegan over night. But slowly and surely I felt how eating mostly raw fruits and vegetables impacts my energy and mood. For the first time in my life I was not afraid of eating and gaining weight. I used to always watch my calories when I was in school and I wanted to be pursuing a career in the music business, so I had to be extra fit all the time. the first year I was stil eating a lot of raw fats and some vegan and vegetarian "junk food", I did not knew food combing or how much fat I should consume, I just ate what I felt like anytime. And even than I did not gain weight, but because I did not knew enough of information Id still eat cooked foods and too much vegan junk food, I did not eat enough of fruit so I ate sugary vegan ice creams, too much raw food nut bars, I was working 12 hours a day by my computer and recording machine what slowly started to make me chubby, I did not had access to the gym at that time. I decided to change my living place and job, I moved to an area that has much more greens, fruit and veggie markets, and gym close by, I learned about greens, started my gym regimen in August and by January I had my body 20 pounds lighter and fat transformed into pure muscle! I wish I can share the information Ive learned throughout the years about raw foods and help people who have questions about going raw and how to do it, or need any advice in loosing weight, gym regimen! I will be making videos on my youtube channel, relating topics to fresh living food- low fat raw vegan diet, fitness, body building, running, fasting, juicing and spiritual growth. This diet changes not only the way you look but the way you think.
Who I am today: Now I am a raw food love warrior, aspiring raw food weight loss expert and raw living food gourmet chef, in the process of becoming a certified nutritionist and gourmet raw food chef, I believe in a creation of a more sustainable future on the earth, educating people about diets importance in our life, healer, herbalist, raw food chef. Athlete, singer, songwriter, piano player, I use music to spread my messages. People and animal rights activist. entrepreneur.
